How can I pay for my order?
You may pay for your order with a Visa credit card or bank/wire transfer. U.S. customers may also select our new eCHECK option for easy & safer payments.

When will my order arrive?
Shipping time is estimated to be between 10 to 21 days. Use our Order Status Tool to get an estimate for the arrival of your order.

Not receiving replies?
If you have used our contact us form in the past but have not received a reply, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or e-mail client may be blocking e-mail from DutyFreeDepot.
If you suspect this is happening, please consult the help section of your e-mail program to see how to change the settings that filter or block mail. Once you've established that you should be able to receive mail from us, please contact us again with your question.

Are imported cigarettes and perfumes always subjected to duty taxes?
No. Duty tax is not charged for buying and importing up to 200 cigarettes / 21 days (for Europe), and 1,200 / 21 days (for US). DutyFreeDepot ships each carton separately to its customers, i.e. if you ordered 5 cartons, your order will be shipped to you in 5 separate packages all sent at a few days? interval and thus they will not arrive simultaneously.

What should I do if I have to pay duty tax in order to receive my order?
In this rare situation (highly unlikely in the U.S.) you can either:
Pay the duty tax and collect the parcel. The total amount will still be much lower than the regular retail price.
Reject the parcel, which will be returned to us. Upon receiving your parcel in our warehouse you will be fully refunded for the items returned.

Is it legal to buy cigarettes and perfumes via international mail?
Yes, as long as the purchase is made in accordance with international postal regulations and standards. DutyFreeDepot complies with all international trade and postal regulations.
